One of the deepest forms of human pain

One of the deepest forms of human pain is losing someone you love while they are still alive—but no longer part of your life. It can be especially painful when: You never got the chance to say everything you wanted to say. The relationship ended without the closure you hoped for. Someone who once knew your heart now sees you as a stranger. You still care, but you have no right to reach out. Memories remain, but the person is gone from your everyday life. You know you cannot go back and change what happened. You forgive them, but the absence still hurts.
