When the Body Burns, the Energy Becomes Eternal

In every culture, death is more than an end—it's a transformation. Among the many rituals humans perform to honor the departed, cremation is one of the most ancient and symbolic. But beyond tradition lies a deeper, almost mystical truth: when a body is cremated, its physical form is released, and the energy it held is not lost, but simply returned to the universe. According to the law of conservation of energy, energy can neither be created nor destroyed—it only changes form. This means the warmth, motion, and life force that once animated a body doesn't disappear in fire. It transforms. The heat from the flames, the smoke in the sky, the glowing embers—all of these carry fragments of a life once lived. They disperse into the air, the soil, and the stars. Cremation becomes, in this way, a cosmic act. The fire is not just an end, but a release. What was once confined within skin and bones now returns to the great continuum. Some call it spirit. Some call it soul. Science calls...

Oh, sing the news of Bethlehem

(Verse 1) In the quiet of a midnight cold A story whispered, ancient and bold Beneath the velvet, star-lit dome A weary couple far from home No room for them within the inn But heaven starts to usher in A light that breaks the dark of night To set the sleeping world aright (Chorus) Oh, sing the news of Bethlehem A star above, a hidden gem The King of kings in humble bed With straw to pillow down His head Born to bring us peace and grace The Savior of the human race (Verse 2) The shepherds watch their quiet sheep While all the city lies in sleep Then sudden glory fills the sky The angels sing their lullaby "Peace on earth," the heavens cry To lift our spirits to the high The lowly stable, wood and hay Where hope arrives in light of day (Chorus) Oh, sing the news of Bethlehem A star above, a hidden gem The King of kings in humble bed With straw to pillow down His head Born to bring us peace and grace The Savior of the human race (Bridge) From far away the wise men ride With gif...

What you’ve lost breeds sorrow, what you possess breeds burden, and what you lack always appears extraordinary.

Life is a strange game of perceptions. We chase, we grieve, we admire — often without realizing that our emotional responses are deeply tied not to reality, but to how we relate to things. We mourn what we’ve lost. We complain about what we have. And we glorify what we don’t have. This cycle is the silent script behind much of our suffering. 💔 The Sorrow of Loss Whether it's a person, a dream, or even a phase of life, loss cuts deep. What was once part of your identity, your routine, or your joy — is suddenly gone. We don't just lose things; we lose the versions of ourselves attached to them. The friend you grew up with takes a piece of your youth. The job you quit takes a part of your confidence. The relationship that ended takes the “what if”s you now carry. The mind replays memories like haunting lullabies. You remember the good more than the bad. Time softens reality and sharpens nostalgia, and sorrow blooms in the soil of absence. 🏋️ The Burden of Pos...
